The majority of our pieces are vintage and pre-loved. This means they have had a past life with one or more previous owners. We want to keep them in circulation and out of land-fill both for the benefit of you and the planet. Each piece has been hand picked as we see something truly special in it. Please do not purchase if you are expecting a new and unworn item.

Returns Policy.

Due to each item being vintage and one of a kind on our store we do not accept returns.

• Please take note of all information including measurements and condition before purchasing. You can email us if you have further questions before purchasing an item using the contact form.

We can offer exchanges if you are really unhappy with something.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags still attached) within 15 days of arrival date.

• It is the buyers responsibility to cover shipping costs and items must be sent tracked and tracking number provided.

• To complete an exchange, PascaleEliza must first be contacted. You will then be advised to choose an item of equal value.

• PascaleEliza is NOT responsible for any postage or customs charges when a return is requested. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping.

Orders will ordinarily be processed and shipped within three days. You will then receive and email with courier information and a tracking number.

On estimate, UK orders will take up to 4 days.

International orders can take up to 14.

Once tracking is provided, any delays incurred while with the courier are out of our control and not the responsibility of PascaleEliza.

Payments.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal but you will have other options made available at checkout.

Products.

All of our items have been carefully priced taking into consideration quality, designer, rarity.

Vintage means pre-loved and all of the pieces listed on our site are one of one. This means there will only ever be one of each piece in stock and available and once gone, its gone for good. Because of the age of the items some signs of wear and tear are to be expected. That being said, any obvious faults will be listed in the item description. We want these pieces to be treasured as they deserve and loved for many years to come.

Measurements and size equivalents will always be listed in the item description. Please ensure you check these carefully before purchasing. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
